The following email was sent by me to one of the major shareholders, "Lady Victoria Cheng Kai On", one of the directors and major shareholder of the company with salary arrears, Eminence Medical Equipment Private Limited, Singapore. Directors of the company per ACRA are:
1. Dr Lim Wu Shan, Singapore - ex banker and EDB head in France
2. Cheng Kai On, Victoria Kai Siian, HK (an executive director of listed Hong Kong company, Luks)
3. Geoffrey Kung Kuo Woo, Singapore
4. Lee Leong Keng, Singapore

One of the shareholders of the company is the Singapore government's SPRING SEEDS which injected some seed capital into the company.
As of this date (16 Oct 2008), neither the arrears in salary nor CPF contributions due to me have been paid - about 8 months in arrears.
"As I have not heard from you nor received any payment from the company (Eminence Medical Equipment Pte Ltd, Singapore) re the salary arrears due to many of their employees (including me) since January 2008, I'd appreciate if you can advise me on how the company, of which you are a director and major shareholder, plans to settle the long outstanding debt.
I am sure with your resources and reputable standing, the amounts owed (only some $7,408 which was promised to be paid by 31 May 2008 ) is not a problem.
